The SUNY Global Center is located between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue on the south side of the street.

Directions to the SUNY Global Center from primary arrival points in NYC:
Grand Central Terminal (MTA Metro-North Railroad): The Global Center is a .75-mile walk north on Park Avenue.
Pennsylvania Station (Amtrak, Long Island Railroad, New Jersey Transit): Take a Queens-bound E subway train to the “Lexington Avenue-53rd Street Station”. Alternatively it is a short taxi ride or a 2.0 mile walk.
Port Authority Bus Station: Take a Queens-bound E subway train to the “Lexington Avenue-53rd Street Station”. Alternatively it is a short taxi ride or a 1.5 mile walk.
Parking: The Global Center does not have its own parking facility. However, there are numerous parking garages in the area. Rates fluctuate, but you can expect to pay about $40 per day.

This year, for the first time, we are very pleased to host the SLN SOLsummit in New York City, and to offer the convenience of this location to our downstate SUNY and SLN members, colleagues, and friends who have historically not previously been able to travel to Syracuse for the event.

We are also fortunate to have the opportunity to take advantage of the SUNY Global Center’s state-of-the-art facilities.

We have made every effort to keep the costs of participating in the event as low as possible. We hope you will attend and let us know what you think of the venue and the location, and we will consider a rotation between upstate and downstate based on our experiences and participant feedback.
